Mediterraneo Marine Park is the venue where exotic birds, aquatic mammals and a variety of other species call home. The conservation of these spectacular creatures is what we hold as our primary concern – our full-time carers and vet cater to every need of the animal making sure they are healthy and happy.
Our goal at Mediterraneo is to entertain the public and educate them on our animals; we also share useful tips on how to help animals like the ones in our care should they be in danger.
We guide you through an unforgettable day of informative presentations, where our animals show you just how special they are. Your day at Mediterraneo can feature a tour around the premises, where natural plants are grown with a purpose. Their diet is respected and maintained to the highest degree. Their foraged food is paired with a complex diet of fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds, fresh proteins such as fish and other meats.
Mediterraneo is a leading entertainment destination. As the country’s only marine park, the animals in our care are a unique site and source of education for all the Park’s visitors. The majority of the animals in our care have either been donated, adopted and even born into the Park.
