What to do at Mediterraneo Marine Park this Summer!

Summer in Malta was made for fun! And what better way to make your summer great than with a visit to Mediterraneo Marine Park? Our Park is open throughout the summer and can provide the most enjoyable and educational highlight of your summer; not to mention the unbeatable experience of interacting with some of nature’s most beautiful creatures, taken care of at Mediterraneo.

Introducing the new Mediterraneo Marine Park website

Have we got news for you! Malta’s only marine park, Mediterraneo has just launched its new website; full of information on the Park, the animals in our care and the great education experience you can expect with every visit.

Mediterraneo Marine Park was established in 1997 and since then has devoted its time and attention to the animals under its care. Our focus at the park is to offer ‘Education, Entertainment and Fun’ to all our visitors, no matter their age. Mediterraneo is a great place for all the family to learn about the exotic animals in the Park and experience close and personal interactions with both the aquatic animals and reptiles throughout the visit.

Mediterraneo Marine Park has a variety of bottlenose dolphins, sea lions, parrots and other exotic birds, not to mention the vast selection of insects and reptiles and the two coatis found in the park. All our animals are cared for by professional and experienced Animal Carers, we also have an on-call vet at the Park to ensure that all our exotic creatures are healthy and safe at all times.

During your visit you can expect to see all our animals in their full beauty, where educational presentations, interactions and engaging experiences can be enjoyed. Try out the Dolphin Emotions session where you will be able to interact with the bottlenose dolphins as they swim around you and engage in heartwarming interactions.
