The Shallow Experience in the Lagoon on the platform offers an engaging and exciting experience for all ages. You will have the opportunity to discover the wonder of interacting up close with the dolphins, learning and having fun with these extraordinary marine animals. Under the careful guidance of our instructors, you can immerse yourself in a unique experience, creating indelible memories with these magnificent creatures.

Groups are formed by 6 people, and it's important to note that children must be at least 7 years old and have a minimum height of 1.30 cm to participate. This requirement is crucial to ensure the safety and appropriate involvement of younger participants.

During the experience, a professional photographer will be present to capture the special moments as you interact with the dolphins. You can enjoy the experience without worrying about taking photos, as the photographer will capture every moment. Afterwards, you will be free to purchase the photos you desire to preserve the unforgettable memories of the experience.

Each slot is 15 minutes long.

Due to the nature of our business, where the well-being and respect for our hosted animals are of utmost importance, we reserve the right to modify the scheduled activity time for the sake of their health, without compromising the reserved service.

Dolphin Experience  participants must sign the accompanying disclaimer.

The Dolphin Interaction Experience Feee include:

• Full Day at Mediterraneo Marine Park ( all presentations included on the opening days of the Park)
• Cup a free of free birdseed to feed small birds for the activity participant.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our booking policy. Please take note of the following cancellation terms and conditions:

• Cancellation more than 1 month before the experience: You will receive a full refund of your payment.
• Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the experience: You will receive a 75% refund of your payment.
• Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before the experience: You will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the experience: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the experience.
• Please note that these cancellation terms and conditions are in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an unforgettable experience.

How to Book:

• For the "1 Person ticket", it refers to the Adult or Child who will be participating in the interaction.
• Select the number of people, the date, and the time of the activity.
• The accompanying individuals are called "Watcher the Interaction".
• The Watcher the Interaction ticket is equivalent to the Full Day Ticket. This ticket must be purchased by accompanying individuals, even on days when the park is closed, but Dolphin Emotions and Interactions are still available. After selecting everything, click "Book Now", and you will be directed to the next page for personal information.
• If you have a Coupon Code, enter it in the appropriate space and click the "Apply" button to receive the discount indicated on the coupon.
• Fill in your personal details (it's important to enter a correct email address and a phone number with the country code).
• Click the "Continue" button. The last step will be payment with a credit card. If the transaction is successful, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.
