A unique opportunity to have an exclusive close encounter where you interact, within a contained group of persons, with bottlenose dolphin under the guidance and supervision of our professional Marine Mammal Carers.

Clients must:

•  +8 years if you swim alone
• +7 years if the child swim with one adult
• Confident in deep water
• Ladies cannot be pregnant
• Be able to understand instructions clearly and move comfortably in the water in order to ensure their enjoyment of the activity whilst safeguarding their safety, the safety of the animals as well as that of the Animal Carers and the other participants
• Remove all jewelry, piercings and loose items before going into the water
• Don't Forget the towel

The clients must arrive at last 45 minute before of the activity.

Due to the nature of our business, where the well-being and respect for our hosted animals are of utmost importance, we reserve the right to modify the scheduled activity time for the sake of their health, without compromising the reserved service.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our booking policy. Please take note of the following cancellation terms and conditions:

• Cancellation more than 1 month before the experience: You will receive a full refund of your payment.
• Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the experience: You will receive a 75% refund of your payment.
• Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before the experience: You will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the experience: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the experience.
• Please note that these cancellation terms and conditions are in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an unforgettable experience.

How to Book:

• For the "1 Person ticket", it refers to the Adult or Child who will be participating in the interaction.
• Select the number of people, the date, and the time of the activity.
• The accompanying individuals are called "Watcher the Interaction".
• The Watcher the Interaction ticket is equivalent to the Full Day Ticket. This ticket must be purchased by accompanying individuals, even on days when the park is closed, but Dolphin Emotions and Interactions are still available. After selecting everything, click "Book Now", and you will be directed to the next page for personal information.
• If you have a Coupon Code, enter it in the appropriate space and click the "Apply" button to receive the discount indicated on the coupon.
• Fill in your personal details (it's important to enter a correct email address and a phone number with the country code).
• Click the "Continue" button. The last step will be payment with a credit card. If the transaction is successful, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.
