THE EXPERIENCE OF VISITING MEDITERRANEO MARINE PARK DURING THE EMERGENCY COVID-19

Dear Visitors,

In relation to the COVID-19 health emergency, to guarantee a safe visit, we have adapted the methods of access to the structure and use of the exhibition path.

Here is a summary of the main measures taken:

Strengthening of the daily cleaning / sanitation monitoring.

Creation of dedicated signs, to facilitate the flow of guests from one attraction to another in compliance with the safety distance

Monitoring of body temperature upon entrance at the ticket office.

Hand sanitizer positioned outside all outlets, restaurant, toilet entrances, as well as along the exhibition path.

VISIT REGULATIONS

Before entering the facility, each visitor will undergo a body temperature check. If a value equal to or greater than 37.2 °C is detected, entry will not be allowed. In the case of previously purchased tickets, it will be possible to agree on a new visit date/time slot.

Once the possibility of entering has been ascertained, we ask you to scrupulously comply with the following rules of conduct, with respect for all.

It is mandatory to sanitise your hands upon entry.

During your visit, it is mandatory to wear masks in the restaurant and gift shop.

Indoors and in queues it is necessary to maintain a safety distance of at least 2m between the different family groups. To help you respect the social distancing, designated signs have been placed throughout the park.

We invite you to wash your hands often or use sanitizing gel.

We invite you to purchase tickets online and make payments by card.
